At Gone Bananas Beachwear, we want you to feel confident in your sun-soaked style. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with all original hygienic liners and tags attached securely into the original shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
